Selling our property was a challenge. The house needed some work and we were absentee owners. Ms. Bartoli helped us decide how to proceed. She recommended contractors we might choose. She checked on the property often and was always there to let workers in to work in the house and lock up after them. She kept track of all of this work and kept us advised of the progress. The problems were frustrating, but Jolyn Bartoli was always encouraging and helped us resolve them.
